Power break conversion

I have a 88 tc that the abs has been exchanged with power breaks. 
Cruise control won't work. 
Is there a jumper to connect to the abs plug to fix it?

there isnt any wiring near the abs for the cruise.
but there are clutch switch and brake switch inputs that can keep it from working. there is also a vacuum dump valve near the brake light switch.
