Polyurethane steering rack bushings?

I'm getting ready to install the manual steering rack into my 88 and just got the new polyurethane steering rack bushings today. There's four bushings in the kit and I'm surprised because the rack that came out of my car only had two bushings on the front (where the nut and washer are). There weren't any bushings between rack and k-member... are there suppose to be bushings between the rack and k-member; is that why the energy suspensions kit came with 4? Thanks in advance
88 Turbo Coupe: Front mount intercooler, MGW short throw shifter, full coilover conversion, tubular control arms front and rear, svo front brakes, vacuum assist brake swap, manual steering swap, GT35R turbo with external gate, pimpx ecu, 60lb injectors, 3 core aluminum radiator, Boport 1.5 cam, gutted upper, corbeau fixed back seats, and the list goes on.

The stock bushings were one pressed in piece. Replacement bushings are two pieces for ease of installation. One piece goes in the front, second goes in back.
88 Turbo coupe; roller ranger cam, stock otherwise
