I got another major step in my suspension maintenance completed Saturday, details posted in the suspension/steering section. This morning I clean her up a bit and took a long drive to test the suspension, love the improvement!

Took some photos this afternoon while it was still all pretty before the birds and tree sap get to it again. Link below, 11 photos in the album. The files are big so you can enlarge them for more detail.

Looks great! i miss my nice shiney black paint. FYI, you might already know but a good detailing tip especailly for this car BUT BE CAREFULL TO COVER THE TIRE WHILE DOING THIS, or you will slide around very bad from tire dressing on the tread or when the roads are wet. Cover the tire with a towel and spray the rubber wheel well with tire dressing you wont see the drastic bright black to flat black/dirty looking wheel well and tire transition in pictures/when driving. It hides alot! Take another look at your pic and this one of mine, notice the "hidden" wheel wells... easy to do, and makes a good impact especailly if you spend time waxing it!

Yea, doing a serious cleaning of the wheel well/inner fender area is on my "to do" list.

Yeah i hear ya! My to do list seems to never be finished, but this really only takes a minute or so. I guess its the easy way rather than the right/repainting way...

I use tire foam for that area. Spray it on and leave it. It looks good afterwards. I also use it on the Fuel tank cover, shocks, and axle to make them look good for the shows. It's easy and no wiping required!!

If you do it enough it will clean all the dirt from the areas and you won't have to do it as much.
