Plastic pins for fenders

I pulled my front fender off for some needed rust repair and now I find, of course, that the plastic rivet type pins that help hold it on are not available from Ford.
I'm sure other people have done this so I'm hoping someone knows where to get similar pins.
Thanks

I think I've seen them at NAPA, if not, they have many other plastic fasteners and you might find a substitute.
