Back to the basics.

Check the IC hoses for cracks!! Your car will run like CRAP if they are cracked!

Motorcraft wires, Autolite 764 copper plugs gapped @ 0.32", good cap & rotor, check base timing and check ignition timing. Is the SPOUT connected? Good connections on the plugs and wires? Make sure the wires are seated properly! It's a stupid but simple mistake.. I've done it before, more than once. Reset your base idle & TPS, and check the TPS for flat spots if you have an analog multimeter.

I would check & DOUBLE CHECK all of the above.

If the above checks out, I'd look at the TFI/PIP.. since the problem arises after warmup.

Also, what is your vacuum at warm idle??

ive changed the dizzy out and put another new tfi in and all three do the same. im leaning towards the coil now. i'll change that out tonight and see what happens. once it warms up it spits and sputters untill you get it over 3000 rpm.

Plug wires / dist cap? Even if wires are pretty new, try a new set and see if the problem goes away. These cars are VERY picky about plug wires.

I noticed that when my alternator went for the second time, it would miss really badly above like 4 or 5 psi. Just something to watch out for, always good to know if your alt. is putting out what it is supposed to.
