Im ordering a few parts i have a bit of a discrepency on the Barometric Pressure Sensor and the part number listed on rockauto. They have a motocraft # of DY530 (E7FZ12A644A), after reading some of the old post this number doesnt come close. Also is there something that can be use to replace the BCS, im using a bcv and just have the electrical connector attached, just wondering if theres something more discrete i can use now.

If you got a gillis valve or similar, then the stock BCS isn't doing anything operational. The only reason to leave the stock one connected electrically is so the computer won't throw a code. If you remove it completely it won't change a thing.

As Pete said, you can remove the BCS, but the EEC will set a code when it sees it missing. Since the code is not emission related, it will not turn on the CEL, it will only show up when running a code test. If you dont want to see the code, remove the BCS, and wire a 100 ohm, 2 Watt resistor across the BCS electrical connector. This will fool the EEC into thinking the BCS is still there.
