In the engine compartment, on the right side fenderwell, right above the BCS, there is a module looking piece that has a bunch of wires coming out of it. It attaches to the fenderwell with a bracket and on the backside of the bracket there is another part. Ok, what is this piece called? Boy if this desn't make me look dumb then nothing will the rest of the night.
Thanks,
Gary

The little black box is the BP (barometric pressure) sensor. The big box with lots of wires is the IRCM (intergrated relay control module)

Thanks Pete!
Now to the Wanted To Buy Section to see if anybody has the bracket that holds them and attaches to the fenderwell.

Let me guess, Gary, you want an extra bracket so you can chrome it? [Image: smile.gif]

Be aware that the IRCM gets its ground thru the bracket, so whatever you do, be sure the bracket gets a good ground.

Gary, I prolly have one, I'll check. Saved most most of the pieces from my TC when I did the 5.0 swap, plus I parted a TC a couple of years ago....

I thought that was what you were doing. What else is left for you to chrome?

Gary, if you want to chrome the black painted cover on the IRCM, it can be removed by drilling out the 2 rivets that hold it on. After it is chromed, you can just re-rivet it on, or use small bolts and nuts.

Thanks Jeff. Had thought about that before but was "chicken." I'll turn up another IRCM and we'll make it happen.
