Parking Lights

Something weird happened!! I took the light pods out of the 88TC to paint the buckets and now the parking lights and tail lights don't work. The headlights turn on fine but when you turn them on the rear lights don't come on. The signal lights also work. Everthing was working before I disconnected them. Any ideas?????

I forgot to say I disconnected the fog lights also.

I would triple check all of the connections and fuses to start. Are the fog lights still disconnected?

yes the fogs are still disconnected. Aren't the headlights and parking lights on the same fuse?

When you say park lights dont work, do you mean both the front and rear park / tail lights dont work? If so, park / tail lights are on a fuse, 5 A I believe. Its the only 5A fuse in the fuse box. Start there.

The owners manual I have shows the parking/tail lights in position 4 on a 15 A fuse. Should I be looking for another fuse somewhere?

If not a fuse maybe check the bulbs. Weird things happen when bulbs are blown. The circuit will find the easiest path to ground.
