that set is the reason we are doing this, a couple people i know bought one and are always having to retorque there bolts, either not a good grade of metal or not exact replacements.

we were actually thinking of doing them in 12 point stainless steel also, and will have more bolts.

not stainless but my local ace hardware just started carrying chrome nuts, bolts washers, and other hardware. Pretty neat now i will be changing everything to chrome. stainless is nice as well.

Just a thought.... the hardware store here has the same stuff (havent tried the chrome, but I have a *lot* of the stainless)

Its really stainless-like.... Several bolts exposed to weather on the car for a year or so were spotted pretty good with rust.

the kits we are going to be putting together are very great quality, and very extensive, enclosed will be a linkt to view the list, there are a couple things we are missing thus far maybe someone here can help us out with them. If you see a discrepency then by all means shoot me a pm or email and let me know. also understanding these are just the visible hardware not internal stuff. sizes we need are:

2 bolts for the Idle Air Conrol motor
2 bolts for the EGR valve
4 bolts, and 4 lockwashers for the water pump pulley
2 bolts for the TFI module

I may be interested, depending on price and what not, but sounds good to me.

The reason they wont stay torqued is that they are SS in castiron or Alum which heat and contract at different rates. That may be why why Ford didnt use them BUT if you get some locktite and lock washers it will help keep most of them torqued
