Well...new motor is in but won't run. It ran ok for a few minutes but now it won't start. I have spark and air (i think, tried 3 air meters). Injectors are OK, they seal alright and the rail has pressure when I prime it but maybe not enough to start the car (?). Pump sounds kinda wierd...really whines so maybe its gone. And also, anyone who wants stuff (head, rebuildable short block etc) and is around the sf bay area let me know. I'll sell my old stuff CHEEEEEP (or free if you get my car running...). I gotta get it outta here before the neighbors kill me. Need to get this beast running. Ideas of all sorts welcome!

Did you change the fuel filter ? Sounds like a clogged fuel line ???

Make sure all your hoses are attached tightly. Like to the intercooler and the throttle body and on the back of the VAM. Get a new fuel pump if you have the money and make sure the gas tank is pretty clean when you do it.

I remmeber when I did my head gasket and got every thing back together again my car would barly start and not run for very long. I must have spent two full days on it trying to find the problem, when finaly I found that when I put the zip tube on from the VAM to the turbo I had folded the bottom part in on itself causing unmetered air to get in and screw with the computer. This probably doesn't help, but hay with these car's ye never know [Image: smile.gif].

I agree with JONSER it might be your timing, did you check the cam timing as well as the engine timing.
