last fall i replaced my turbo and suppy line, problem is where the oil suppy line goes into the 90* fitting. when i tighten it down it faces the commpressor housing and i cant fit the line one. so ive just ben getting it as tight as i can and loading up hightemp gasket glue. it holds for a month or so then it stars leakin again.needless to say im getting tired of doing this. i treid searching but couldent find what i as looking for. could i used somthing like teflon tape or is there took much heat on the turbo?
thanks for any replys

I would use that liquid Teflon Tape or the pipe dope they use for boilers to help seal the threads. I think they should hold up to the heat.

I used the liquid teflon, had the same problem. Just make sure you don't get any inside of the center housing or the supply line. I put mine on about half way down the threads to help prevent that from happening.

Have you tried a new fitting? Over time, being tightened/loosened can 'wear' pipe thread because of the tapered threads and it will turn in more.

You should be able to get a new fitting at any good plumbing department. I've replaced mine before.

Or try McMaster:
