Not running right

Well a week and half ago my car just die when you push the clutch in and i thought that i burned a hole between my block and head like what happen with my first motor in the car but what happen was that the cooling system must of heated up the head gasket and got into the cylinder. And my oil was white. so i changed it and cleaned the head and block surface put it in time then it started up good and i drove it like not even 4-5miles and took a shit. what happen frist that it sounded like the motor locked up at a certain point. I thought maybe it went outta time it did for a bit but retimed it and went perfect for abit and one of the lifter was making a ticking noise. so i had to put the car away and stop making that noise. Then tonite i took it for a quick spin, came back ran shity. looked in my oil and it was WAY OVER FULL and was full of white again. Do you think my head could be bad? Or block? This car been pissin me off. Thanks Jeff

How did you check the head and block for flatness. THey have to be FLAT to mate without leaks. Did you have the head magnafluxed and pressure tested? Always a good idea when the head is off.
