Well here it goes. I'll be in 1st gear and on the vac/boost guage between 8 - 4 of the vac the car kind of boggs alittle bit the same goes for all the gears..... but if I get on it it will just go right through with no problem to the boost side if the guage. It is only during normal driving that it does this!!!! please help I don't want to screw this car up after all the time and money I put in it.....

Are you getting any black smoke out the tail pipe under any condiion? Gas milage going down?
Pull the vauum line off the fuel pressure regulator and see f there is any gas in it or even the smell of gas. If so, change the FPR

Well I have just changed the FPR about 3months ago. And I just drove up here from Clarksville Tennessee to Canton Ohio and the odometer said 500.0 and the fuel guage is on E the fuel light came on 30miles from the house... it's about 30-31mpg. could it be some thing else???

Yes it could be something else. I just worked on one where a bad FPR was part of a bogging problem like you described. Your gas mileage is great so the FPR does not sound like it's your problem. It might be lots of things, vacuum leak. TPS adjustment or TPS worn, problems with other sensors that have input at part thrttle but not full throttle. Pull the codes first.

An FPR being recently replaced by no means indicates that it's good! My TC went through four (2 Motorcraft, 2 parts store brand) in under 15k miles before I finally got a good one. Or at least, it's gone a few months so far without the diaphragm breaking and spitting gas into the intake yet..

Every time it went bad, I'd have problems with high/stumbling idle, stumbling under various conditions, losing power under boost, and a Check Engine light with a code 42 (too rich) with two that really leaked a lot of gas.
