Well, if anyone is serious about purchasing a set of these springs from NOPI you might want to contact them and see if they even have them in stock.
They aren't listed in the most current Suspension Techniques application guide that I have (2002) so I contacted Suspension Techniques and they said that they were discontinued in 2001.

$200 for lowering springs is well worth it. I have eibachs and it makes the car handle much better. You are better off saving some money and then buying springs ment to lower you car. Cutting you springs may reduce the stiffness of you springs, which is very bad for handling, i highly recommend buying stiffer lowering springs. However for those that will try to cut the springs anyway, i have used an electric grinder and cut roughly 1.5 coils off in the rear for about an inch to inch and a half lowering. Between 1.5 and 2 coils removed is a drastic difference in ride hieght so cut in small increments. Also the back springs dont fit 100% correct until the spring compresses to the point that almost a coil wraps around the top spring mount. To add make sure that with the rear shock bolted on the spring cannot come out, otherwise you could go over a bump and lose you rear springs, and definitely loose control of your car. I am not sure how many coils for the front. Like i said i dont recommend doing this, but i have done it.
