Sir I am with PETER on this one . I really do not know the time out paramaters built into the ECM. (keyed but not running pump time out) But 2-4 Seconds seems correct. But i will check it. Thank you Sir

okay i will have to take that one out and give it a shot. Am i going to need to solder a new one in?
88 TC 5 spd 22x,xxx miles Ran 15.3 in 1/4.. K&N Cone. Gillis boost controller @ 15. Faze Boost Gauge. A/C belt off. 2 1/2 inch exhaust dumped at axles.

Sir Are you shure the relay is shot??? And yes you can remove it with a pencil iron. I have done that . I also install a diode in the coil circuit to run both fans.This id done on the fan relays coil circuits. Good luck and take your time. You can also install a pig tail in place of the relay and use an external relay. This makes replacement in the future a snap. But once again those relays are pritty good and last a long long time. Check it out before tearing out the relay. Hop this helps Sir
