Ok so I have no brakes, the pedal goes to the floor and the very end there is a little brakes, to the floor. Now it's not a beelding issue because Ive done that twice already, the abs and ebrake lights are constantly on. When I turn the ign on the fuel and I'm guessing elec brake booster pump on, the brake one takes a while some times, say 10-20 sec., do I need a new brake master or ? Not familiar with the tc brakes, thanks!

If your sure you don't have some air in the line, then a bad master cylinder is a possibility. Bleeding the TC ABS system is a bit more involved than just pumping the pedal with the bleed valve open technique used on most older cars.

Here's a FAQ on brake bleeding:

http://www.turbotbird.com/faqs/#Brake%20Bleeding

Also I recommend you do a forum search on "bleeding brakes". You will find a lot of useful info when you search old postings. Most of these questions have been asked and answered before you or I arrived on the forums. I always do a search before I post a question, 80~90% 0f the time I will find an answer.
