Good day all,
I am a fairly new member to NATO and this message board. I thank all of you for your postings, many have helped me increase my understanding of the 1986 Turbo Coupe I own.

I was searching autotrader.com and found this nice ride, take a look it is only $12000.00 USD. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ca...48390&sear ch_type=used&advanced=n&start_year=1984&color=&cardist=154

Have a great day all.

Welcome, Jeffrey. Yeah, nice ride, but I don't know about the 12 big ones.

I think the 12k is high too, but it looks really really nice though.

Thanks for the welcome and I agree, 12K is too much.

As for my '86 it has 67,242 actual miles and looks fine too for a summer driver, currently stored since October 2003. I ordered the car from Blackwell Ford in Plymouth Michigan, walked the assembly line when it was built and assisted in the design and engineering of many electrical components. The components I have been involved with are the ignition switch, multifunction switch and column mounted wiper switch. Most of these components are still OEM manufactured at our plants in Traverse City Michigan and Zanesville Ohio.

In addition there are many nice looking and well maintained rides captured here, a nice legacy to a fine car. One day soon I'll get pictures and a list of upgrades loaded on the showroom pages.

In closing those who have created, maintained and evolved this web site have done an exceptional job!!!!!! Keep it up!!!!!

Have a nice evening all and thanks for the welcome.
Be good and keep smiling.
