Hey guys, i just finished putting together my newly painted 88 thunderbird. My friends have gaven it the name "Momma Thunder".

Looks silver to me as well.Nice looking car.Any ideas what kind of wheels you want to put on the old Bird?What other mods are planned?

ya its sterling metallic silver. haha.

i dont have too much for wheels, the next thing to do would be a rear end swap for the posi. all i have is a one wheel wonder right now.

I checked out your cardomain page, and the slick silver looks superb; kudos. However, if you put $1000 worth of stereo in that beast before changing those hideous wheels, I refuse to ever read another post from you again! Big Grin

It looks awesome!! It'll look even better when you match up your trim pieces. The mix of LX (silver trim) and TC (red trim) doesn't add to the overall look. That shouldn't be too bad to do, not compared to all the sanding you've already done. Nice job!!

looks very nice man. You definatly need to get some wheel. Buy some snowflakes like on reg. tc's. You can find them cheap sometimes and even LOCAL. Maybe I'll see you on 96 one day. I drive from Dearborn to Howell just about every weekend.
88 TC 5 spd 22x,xxx miles Ran 15.3 in 1/4.. K&N Cone. Gillis boost controller @ 15. Faze Boost Gauge. A/C belt off. 2 1/2 inch exhaust dumped at axles.
