I'm looking at getting a Tbird Sport 5.0L and it comes with 14inch tires.  I want put 16 inch snowflakes on her and was wondering if I have to do anything else (speed gear change?)  I don't know.  Thanks!

It depends on what tire size you select. This tool will give you speed changes. https://tiresize.com/calculator/

225 / 55 / 16 will equal out to about the same as the factory 215 / 70 / 14 and will make the speedo almost spot on

It's not hard at all to change the speed gear and they don't cost much. I think you'll find that you'll likely end up staying close to the stock size anyway but I wouldn't let changing the speedo gear keep me from running a tire I wanted.
