Searching aroun' on ebay like I usually do for parts and what not people may have for the turbo coupe, I found this NEW Ford 2.3L Turbo Block. Says it is a brazil casting...

Thought I post this on here to see what you all think. Would this work and is it worth it?

I think the turbo blocks and head were cast at
Taubate Casting Plant (Ford) in Brasil. Some were machined at Taubate Engine Plant and at some point Lima Engine did some machining.
I'm assuming this is a regular 2.3 block and not one of the very rare and very expensive tall deck SVO blocks.

Assuming it's a virgin regular turbo block, it would be nice to have for new stock bores, although they don't breath as well as overbores. On the other hand, overbore turbo cylinder walls can be thin.

It would be nice to have ut I don't know what I would be willing to spend on one

FYI- Those aren't hard to find. Motorcraft and Ford Racing still list them in regular stock and a few of the larger Ford dealers have them in the back. Racer Walsh has them in their catalog as a regular item.
