I put 1.25" spacers on the rear and cut the springs... A lot.
Who likes it? I love the new stance. I'll get better pics of the wheel fitment in a bit

Why the spacers on the rear?
88TC 5speed, 160,000+, ranger roller, Evergreen T3, cone filter, manual boost controller.
One parts car still waiting to be taken apart.
Waiting in the garage: SC throttle body, SC intercooler, graphic equalizer, among other things.

What spacers did you use?
Running longer studs too?
I've had a hard time finding spacers that would sit dead center on the hub to prevent balance issues. How does it ride?
Looks fantastic!

Looks pretty low. How's the ride? I'm also curious. On most cars I've seen lowered that much, the vehicle tends to have a lot of stiff bounce to it.I'm a "function first" kind of guy.

Just used some spacers on ebay, the stud is a smaller thread pattern (12x1.5 instead of 1/2") but they were long enough.
As far as the ride goes it is seriously bouncy. Haha I'm willing to live with it though, being this is not a winter car. Some of the back roads I take to work are BRUTAL but they sure wake me up.

IMO your tires need to be as wide or wider then the rim. and if they are as wide as the rim they wont get scratched if you "tap" a curb parking. looks good tho!
i used air shock to level out my TC to aviod the rear sag it has.... maybe that you can do the same to life it up a bit off the wheels or use those rubber spring mount that raise the car up an inch.
did you get the steel or aluminum spacers?

I like the front, but not to keen on the rear. I would widen the lip and go with a wider tire in the back like a 255 or 275.
Not recommended but I took a jack and widened my fenders out to give me 1.5" more. and I also rolled the lip too.
I also with Vinnie on the ride quality.

It seems like the "seriously bouncy" thing could be harsh on the suspension.Maybe problems down the road from that.
