Made some calls to locate new red stripe molding for my '88 TC. I found a young lady willing to help out: Carmen Bertram at
Car Pretty, 13542 Mountain Road Glen Allen, VA 23059 804.368.7239 ext. 104 www.carpretty.net.
Her email is [email protected].

As a result of the dimensions given her, she sent me molding manufactured from Trim Guard. It is 0390-50 "Wheel well" 7/16" ABS Red molding. Got 50 feet of it for like $39.00 delivered here in 2 days. Took it over to the body shop man, who said it will work out just fine. Am psyched! Saw the paint job today and it was so black and glossy I could see the reflection of my face! -Kent

I will be happy to post when I get the car back. Still being worked on. Jon has the front lights and Keystone has the snowflakes... I hope in a week or two it will be drivable again.

OK guys, my body man is taking his time-- he does all of the high paying "insurance work" first, so my TC has to wait....
Hey Kevin-- how do you like that Marauder? I like the looks and the utility of them, although dont need the four doors. My wife thought they looked too much like a police car. Does it run pretty good with the supercharger? -K

Kent,

Love the Marauder! I had an 03 Cobra Mustang when I first saw the Marauder at Ford's 100th Anniversary. It was love at first sight! Ford was supposed to make it through the 2008 model year and if they had I would have had an 03 Cobra AND the Marauder. However, the Marauder was poorly marketed. At $34k the performance guys went with the Cobra and the "bells and whistles" types went with the top of the line Marquis ($28k). So they cancelled production 1/2 way through the 04 run. So I had a decision to make... and out went the Cobra and in came the Marauder.
The S/C kit is done by Trilogy and looks almost identical to an 03 Cobra set up. (Trilogy does engineering work for Ford) I've run 13.40's on street tires at 3100' elevation tuned for 91 Octane. Sea Level cars with this package tuned for 93 octane run in the upper 12's. Driveability is turn key OEM quality and yes... I can smoke the tires.

Looks great, as does the rest of the car. I still love the stock 87-88 TC look best of all.
