new restoration project 1986 turbo coupe

Hello fellow t bird owners
my son and i are starting the revival of our long moth balled 86 turbo coupe we have completed the motor and transmission!
we need every thing else we have no interior or dashboard.
i would also like to update my fuel injection controls. if there is any help with that
all advise is welcome
