Express Autobody in Lindenhurst. Car needed very very little body work. He's on Hoffman Ave. just west of Wellwood Ave. If you go or call, tell him Chuck with the black (that used to be blue) Turbocoupe sent ya. Pricing should be a little friendlier. Good guy. I might bring him my white 88TC after the winter. Could use a new paint job on that one also. 2 of these things definitely keep you busy. One wasn't enough. lol.

riisitas, sorry, missed your reply. 17X9 rims, don't know the offset, but 275's out back and 245's in front. Maybe ratrapp can answer the offset.

Wow, firstsvo and Mike C, TWO people from my area, at least I'm not the only one left on the Island. Paint looks great, if you don't mind, what was the ballpark price you paid for the job? My car is all black already, just not the emblems like yours.

If your staying with the same color, it will be a lot less than I paid. Mine was originally blue so he had to do the door jams, under hood, under trunk, there's no blue left on the car. I was in the $1300 range. I think it was like $400 or so to do the jams and all. All depends on how much work the car needs before the paint. Where on the Island are you?

Holy $hit thats cheap...Ive worked in the same bodyshop for the past 8 years and that'd be a 5K job at just about any shop in this area. I had $1242.56 in material for my last complete paint job on my dads 79 Black Cobra
