Hey all!
I have the wonderful Borg-Warner T-5 with no syncros left.
i was wondering if a B-W World Class t-5 would also fit. The World Class has the input shaft spline from a 5.0, which I am 90% sure is the same is ours. I just wanted to here it from you guys jsut to be sure.
Thanks!!

The 87-88 TCs use the WC T5. It does not have the same input shaft as the Mustang. There is a TC version. So, yes you can install one.

You will either have to cut the Mustang shaft down to TC T5 size to use the same pilot bearing or get a special bushing in place of the current pilot bearing in the crank. Somebody makes the bushing, just can't remember who has it.
