Awesome. I have a detached 2 stall but it needs alot of attention now. Cracked pad in a few places. Time to redo that and my driveway in concrete and will do a new garage at that time.

its a start and hope to be working out there soon. but first we have to look into some thing to fix and change in the house

Hey at least you HAVE a garage! As a former apartment dweller whose Turbo Coupe was parked in a carport with 2 other vehicles, I can vouch for that. Kind of hard to do serious car work when you have to put everything away at the end of the day. We got our house 3 1/2 years ago, don’t know how I did without a garage before.

Some of my best early memories of that time were putting up the pegboard and hanging up the tools, finding a good workbench, getting the work area ready, etc. Best of luck, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

BTW, have you heard of a product called Pull It Out? It’s a white liquid that you pour onto oil stains on cement or concrete, wait a few minutes until it dries (it turns into a powder), then you just sweep it up. Stains are gone! (Some might need another application.) A bottle of it was waiting in our garage when we got the house. Amazing stuff.

My uncle taught me a great trick for oil stains on concrete.  Put down some oil dry on the stain, then take about a 1/2 cup to cup of gas and sprinkle that all over the stain, then use a push broom to spread the oil dry around and let it sit for about 2 days.  Cleans it up really well.
