Copied and pasted from my TF post!

Dragged the bird to the 1/8th mile last night. Final and best pass of the night:

RT: 1.13
60' 1.57
330' 4.50
1/8 ET 6.99
1/8 MPH 96.3

Super stoked! About time!

My first run:

RT: 2.03
60' 1.79
330' 4.84
1/8 ET 7.39
1/8 MPH 96.8

Second run:

RT: 1.08
60' 1.87
330' 4.98
1/8 ET 7.56
1/8 MPH 96.1

I was having problems with using the nitrous to get up on the converter. That's why the RT was so lousy. When I would hold down the button, the car would go pig rich and when I let go of the t-brake the car was lazy.
I decided on the last pass to just pulse the nitrous button 2 or 3 times while on the brake so it wouldn't have time to over richen everything. It worked in a big way, so I may have to jet down the fuel side of the wet kit. Spray was only used to get up on the converter. It was off when the t-brake released.

I should be in the 10 second 1/4 mile ballpark [Big Grin]

A buddy got video. A bit far from the starting line but it works. I had a horrible reaction time so the Malibu jumped out on me pretty good but I caught and passed him before the stripe!

I'm very interested to know what all mods have been done to the motor? Smile

It is a .020 over shortblock. Diamond pistons, Total Seal rings, Crower rods, stock crank.
Top end consists of an Essy aluminum Dport head with a Boport stage three port job and solid roller stage 3 cam. Intakes are gutted/ported by 40bob with some additional work by Bo. SN95 5.0 throttle body.
Exhaust side consists of a ceramic coated Boport header, ebay 44mm external wastegate and Precision BB SC6262 turbo with .82 T3 hotside. Car has single 3 inch exhaust with 2 v-band clamps for easy disassembly with a Hooker Maxflo muffler dumped at the axle.
Fueling is a Wilson Racing MS setup running 95lb injectors and an Aeromotive Stealth 340lph pump. Also running a Coolingmist methanol injection setup.

That's the cliff's notes version. If you have any specific question, let me know.
