I don't have a digi cam and it's too cold/wet to sit outside and draw mine. Could someone post a picture of the side view only? Thanks

Here's one of my 87....
It's a frontal side view.
Just add center caps (shaved, no Mustang)
I haven't taken any good one's with the caps yet...

Joneser I think you still have one of the best looking TC's I've ever seen.

Well, the reason I'm asking is because I'm working on ideas of how I'd like to paint mine when "it's time".
First idea: go with the factory red color with black and silver flames, maybe traditional flames but I doubt it.
Second idea: Since the color on the car isn't original anyway, paint it metallic competition green with hunter green, white, and yellow flames
Third idea: The exact opposite of the last one. Paint the main color of the car hunter green with competition green, yellow, and white flames.

Personnaly, I think the hunter green and the red would be the bed because of the low cop magnet factor. So I'm just working out my ideas on canvas before I ruin a car...

Is your car a daily driver? If so, how safe are the shaved handles? What if the battery dies? Is it even hooked into the electrical system? I was thinking about them, but I don't want to do them unless I'm sure I can get the door open without power...

Thank You Matuszak!
Blade,
Yes the car is my daily driver!!
The shaved handles are safe....Why wouldn't they be??
The door closes like it should.
I have them hooked to my alarm. When I disarm the alarm, it opens the drivers door.
The battery would have to be pretty low to not operate the door locks. So, I'm not worried about that, the worse thing is the remote battery going dead and not being somewhere to buy a new one!
I also wired up a way to get in if I have NO power and the remote battery dies.

How do you make it so the doors open if you have no power? Thanks

I got a hood cable from an S-10 and wired it from the hood all the way to the door latch.
Sometimes it wants to be a bitch to open and I TRY to use it as little as possible.
If my car battery dies, I can get into the car this way. If my remote battery dies(it did today), I can use the wire to get into the car, but the alarm will go off until I either get another battery, 60 sec. is up or get my wife to bring me the other remote(which she did today).
I wouldn't even try to get into the car unless I changed the remote battery/had the other remote.
Today I was workin' on my stereo a little bit and I had the windows down. I go do a little bit in the shop at work and go back out to mess with the car again. This time the remote was DEAD!! I could get into the car (windows down), but it wouldn't do me any good unless I disarmed the alarm...Those things get REALLY annoying after about 2 minutes.
I had to call my wife to bring me the other remote from home(7 miles one way).
