need a new pcv hose

looking for a pcv hose replacement from the engine oil separator to the pcv valve. The lower hose that the pcv in inserted into. I don't want to deal with installing and draining a catch can, I would prefer to keep the pcv intact.

Looking for a new hose or a part to make a new hose from.

Make one out of t pieces of straight hose and a 90 deg plastic barbed fitting from the hardware store. I am guessing the original hose has long been obsolete.

If the original hose is intact but getting loose at the ends, put hose clamps on it.

well in the process of trying to install it backwards I managed to tear it into 2 pieces. I have it taped together but I don't like rigging stuff like this. I may need to take a look at Jeff's idea on the plastic elbow.
