66.147.240.158 is indeed where the NATO sites are hosted; HOWEVER, it is a SHARED IP that is used by multiple websites.
It is possible that one of the other sites have a problem, but I'm certain there's nothing wrong with our sites.
I suggest using a different "safety site" to try and verify the accuracy of your "malwarebytes" program...
Type this URL: "http://google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=" followed by the site you want to check.
For "TurboTbird.com" and "Turbocoupe.org", it reports "This site is not currently listed as suspicious."

I checked again this morning and the Google test service still indicates no malware at any of our domains. Further, we're enrolled in the Google web monitoring service and they report the same.
Regarding Malwarebytes, THIS site says:
"Thousands of computers across the world have been crippled by a faulty update from security vendor Malwarebytes that marked legitimate system files as malware code.
The security firm confirmed the mistake in a blog post on Tuesday, adding that the update has since been pulled.
"At around 3PM PST yesterday [Tuesday] Malwarebytes released a definitions update that disabled thousands of computers worldwide," wrote Malwarebytes Marcin Kleczynski."
I'm certain that we have no problem here.

Malwarebytes was blocking the NATO site again last night, 4/17.
Tried again this morning, no problems at all. The malware program had done an update of definitions before I tried to go to the NATO site this morning, so maybe the old definitions were the problem.

This might explain what happened. Looks like Malwarebytes had a buggy update early this week.

What, I didn't explain it well enough? For sure it was a buggy malware file update - as verified by Malwarebytes themselves!
If I'm not being clear I need to know so I can be more specific next time.
Thanks.
