NATO Newsletter Issue #1?

I was downloading/reading all of the old newsletters (#2-5) the other day and I got to wondering, is there a #1 issue?

Hummm.... don't know why that link was not up? I remember we had alot of trouble with that first issue.

Keep in mind this newsletter was done in one file (not broken apart page by page) so the file is rather large and may take awhile to view or download. There is 3 files available; high and low .pdf's and a .doc

Thanks for letting us know that issue was missing from the list. It took awhile for me to dig that one up. Weird how long it's taken for someone to ask about it, not to mention how many times we've overlooked it ourselves.
