Sorry to the confusion. I moved the PCM O2 sensor to the stinger down pipe.
My wide and sensor is after the cat. It is reading 15.3 at idle...which is way lean at idle. Right?
Just to some it up: dizzy is fine, new wires, plugs, newer tps (voltage is at .9) new icm, new tfi....
I'll repair the wire and do a fuel pressure check.

Also, no lean code. Just the a/f reading on my gauge. The engine just rocks a bit and the vacuum bumps from 19 to 17 a bit at idle.
Here's the sequence. Starts strong, 19 vacuum...15 seconds later or until warm, a slight intermittent misfire rpms dance slightly, and vacuum goes to 17ish. All the spark wires seem to function properly when I check them with a timing like light (there is no shudder or skip.) All the spark plugs look in great shape.
I'll try to know a video today

Wide band O2 sensor is reading lean due to location. Sensor needs to be 18" to 22" after the turbo due to heat. The CAT is also a heat source, which will clean (lean) the exhaust to meet emission standards. Wide band O2 needs to be placed before the CAT.

Thanks Dan!
That makes me feel better about driving it.
Still need to trace down this intermittent misfire...so weird. One day its not there, and now it seems like its back for good.

So this miss only happens at idle? It's fine driving? Sounds like the infamous "TC hiccup" to me.

That's right, it only happens at idle. Driving nearly perfect...
explain the "TC hiccup"... fixable? Because this doesn't seem like it is supposed to do this...too much stumbling. hiccup is a good description

oh man....perhaps an "aha" moment!
Ran KOEO codes again...you know, just because I'm losing my sanity...
Codes are: 84 (EGR has been deleted), 41 - System Lean - Fuel control, 65 - HO2S (Signal/Ground) - Fuel Control

You CAN NOT have the wide band mounted AFTER the cat!! Cat alters the oxygen content of the exhaust, making the wide and reading meaningless.

41 together with 65 indicates a bad connection in the HEGO signal or ground wire.

Jeff K - Yeah, I know...I need the guy who set up my exhaust wasn't taking that into consideration. I need to add a bung to relocate my O2 sensor. I won't worry about that for now, but I will change that soon.
B - I have repaired the wire. It had gotten too close to the manifold and melted through the insulation. I'll fire it up tomorrow and see how it sounds. (neighbors don't appreciate the exhaust)
Thanks for all your help! What would we do with out this forum?!?
