My friend wants to up the boost on his 88 TC, what fitting needs to be drilled?

It's the "t" fitting on the turbo outlet housing. You have two hoses, one runs to the turbo inlet and the other to the BCS which then runs to the wastegate. The one that runs into the turbo inlet is the bleed orifice. Actually on his car, if your just remove the BCS and run the hose directly from the turbo outlet to the turbo inlet fitting he should see 18-19 psi. No drilling required.

We allready removed the BCS but boost is only about 16psi. He wants to try a little more boost but dont want to go too far.
