wil mustang sturts and shocks work?
which ones 79-93 or 94-03?
how about caster camber plates and stut mounts?
i cross referenced sensa tracs over to 86 stang GT so im guessing it wil work.

also trans mounts nay t-5 mount work?
i have a feeling mines shot, becuse my motor/engine mounts are good but ifi hit the gass from nothign in gea rit clunks and it not the rear or trans it moves you see the shifter.

BTW Texas Mustang has 2 sturts 2 shocks,. 2 quads for 199.95 for 79-93 stangs!

Brian...you've been here long enough to know how to use the search function [Image: tongue.gif]

You can use Mustang struts on the front (any 87+ will be fine), but Mustang shocks are too short to use on the rear....yes, even if it's lowered before you ask..

Caster/camber plates can be found at http://www.maximummotorsports.com . They are THE best ones for our cars. Mustang struts work fine up front; I'm using Y2K Cobra R Bilsteins and ride height is fine (car is lowered a bit). The quad shocks are identical between Mustangs and our cars, but you have to use T-Bird frame mounts; the Mustang ones are totally different and will not work.

or spell check? [Image: biggrin.gif]

The T-5 mount will work. But, the problem could (also) be the bushings that hold the trans crossmember to the body (do those while you're doing the big mount).

Did you hear about the Lucas powered torpedo? It sank.

94+ Mustang struts and shocks will probably be best if the cars not lowered, if it is lowered then struts for 87-93 and 94+ shocks in the rear.

You can get a new trans mount from MN12performance.com that will fit in place of the stock one, it's made of solid rubber. If you want polyurethane, you can use a mount for a Mustang, you either have to modify the crossmember to accept to the 2 outside bolts or use the single middle bolt hole although I'd be a bit cautious about just having 1 bolt hold it in.

I've used both Fox and SN-95 struts on the front of a lowered Cougar..no difference...

As far as the rear shocks go..again..Mustang shocks too short....
