check out americanmuscle.com theyve got all the style mustang rims in 4 lug.and as long as there the right offset and im pretty sure 4x114 is the bolt pattern

Since I'm going up from 15's to 16's how much will that throw off the speedo? How to I correct it in the TC's? Is it a gear change on the speedo cable?

Since you don't list which year TC I'll assume from your 15" reference that the original tire is the 225/60-15.
245/50-16 has very nearly the same circumference, no correction needed.
Also note that the recommendation is for an 8" wide rim for 245/50s.
