mustang mach 1 speakers and tweeters

Anyone ever used the mustang mach 1 speakers for our stock sound system? The door speakers look like 5X7 that I can put in the rear and the tweeters look like I can ethier adapt them to the doors or used in stock location. juts want to know if they will fit or even be a better upgrade over stock. I can get them dirt cheap at the jy.

Are the OHM's the same? Seems like a complete swap would be cool.

How good do these speakers sound? I'm pnly swapping out my 20+ year old speakers and leaving stock radio and amp.

I can say that my speaker sound GREAT in the Mach. But, i have the mach460 system. If you have the patience, i would maybe try to do a complete 460 install. Try to use a radio out of an 04 or newer. They will have the acc input that allows you to hook up an mp3 source. There are 2 amps in the trunk that compose the 460 system. Over all i don't think it would be too bad of a swap. maybe i'll look into it here in the future once i get my 87 squared away.
