The car went to the shop Friday, and today they already had done out with the bad and in with a good donor that happened to be also a red TC produced in June like mine, sans bumper and header. I didn't care, but score on the close frame numbers now!
It was also nice to hear that the frame was not at all out of spec on the rail, the door is fine, and the damage stopped about 4 inches from the strut tower so it wasn't affected. They cut the spot welds just forward of that for the next frame section, and behind the drivers side headlight for the radiator/bumper supports etc and put in the whole L shaped piece in. Says they'll be done by Christmas for sure. [Image: biggrin.gif]
