Moonroof control switch removal

I want to fix the headliner but i don't see how that lump with 2 lights and a switch on it comes out.

Does anyone know how I remove the box on the ceiling that has the moonroof control switch on it?

Also, how do I change the overhead light bulbs?

I searched but did not find anything on this - you saved me the trouble of paying a shop to take it apart and they would probably just break it anyway.
