I bought and installed a set of monroe sense-a-trac shocks to go on the rear. Will this affect the PRC system? An if so is there anything I can do to fix this? Huey

The only shocks/struts that ever worked with the PRC is the original factory Tokicos. Nothing else will work with the system and nothing can be done about it

But I assume that the PRC computer will be throwing a code wont it? Huey

Come on guys, all you have to do to prevent a code, is leave the actuators hooked up,hanging, not mounted to the shock. That's how my totaled 88 was, Sensatracs and acuators hanging. I hope this helps

Just remove the actuators, set the switch to firm and you have a solid green light. Last time I checked I don't have an intracranial link to the PRC computer, so if it throws a code, it doesn't seem cause any data collisions on my organic neural network. [Image: biggrin.gif]
