molding

has anyone tried any other molding on a TC since the original is so hard to come by?

I've used molding from an 85' LX, its basically the same, the grooves are a little different. I filled them in with that marine resin stuff, then i built a little bit of a jig and used a dremel to cut new grooves to match. Looks the same now. I've also been told mustang molding works too if you find the right car, just a rumor.

i was really talking about aftermarket stuff like what you would buy from pepboys or an auto shop

The shop my car was at said you coulc but it new but scince they were screwing me over i took car and left.
