Mason-Dixon this Sat with NVMC

The Northern Virginia Mustang Club (NVMC) has rescheduled the drag day to Sat, Aug 13. It will be from 8am to noon at Mason-Dixon Dragway (http://www.masondixondragway.com/) and cost $30 per driver.

We will have both lanes available. This is a great time to get some runs in. It is a private event, so you can get in as many runs as you (or your TC) can stomach.

the nvmc events are mustang only. i asked them if it was ok to bring my tc or svo and they only wanted V8 mustangs

When did you ask? When I talked to Ebby and Ceece at the last meeting, they said it would be great to have NATO participation. There is no way that it is limited to V8 Mustangs.

Okay, so what's the consensus, can we come to this private drag day? I have a friend with a mustang that's a single turbo 331 small block, would he be able to come, how are they restricting this event, what do you have to do to get in?

Is this still on for the turbo tbirds or what?

Sorry I didn't make it, I'm 4 and a half hours a way and I couldn't get up at 4:30 with just 4 hours of sleep to get there, if I had been able to get my butt up I would have gone, oh well, my seat's broken anyway.
