When I put my foot on the clutch and rev the motor the car really vibrates. Is it the motor mounts? I did a visual and they dont look cracked. Could it also be the throwout bearing?

Could be a number of things (like everything else on or TC's LOL !).

It's hard to tell without being there...This is with the clutch depressed right ?

Best Case - Motor Mounts ???

Worst Case - Bent Crank ???

Sounds like you may have lost a weight off the pressure plate. The more rpm the farther out the balance is. I would pull the inspection cover and look for a place where a weight was welded and broke off. While your at it check the pressure plate bolts. Also could be harmonic balancer!
