Major electrics failure?

I have a car that runs and drives, but no power windows,locks,sunroof,mirrors,seats. is there maybe a root area, or common area that I can look in to minimize troubleshooting time?

these cars are an electrical failure. I honestly dont even know where to tell you to start. pete will probably email you some good wiring diagrams. He did it for me but it might as well be in chinese.(I dont do electricity)

I gave up and just took the 185000 mile motor and turbo out of my "electrical nightmare" 85TC and put it in a 87TC with a blown motor. Probably a lot less of a headache and cheaper lol

If your fuses are all good I'd take a look at the junction block, should be under the battery case. You'll see 7 wires all connected together with Fords truly inline fuses, this will be the heart of your electrical system were battery, alt., etc. are all connected.

If you have that many things out the problem is most likely there OR you have some bad grounds, don't know the true problem till you start digging into it.

You cant own one of these care without owning the EVTM / wiring diagrams. I am at work, and dont have my diagrams with me, but with all that stuff out, I would guess a blown / corroded fuse link like junkedturbo suggests.

Check your email for charge power diagrams

I now have vols A and B of the '88 manual set plus EVTM so I will keep you all posted on my findings.

ok guys update: 3 missing curcuit breakers were missing, dash was torn apart, put in all 3 breakers and assembled dash. car works perfectly
