Love new exhaust system!

I forgot to post that I finally have the new exhaust system installed. After reading numerous posts about the pro's and con's of various systems, I elected to use a stainless steel 3" downpipe that I bought from Tiny Avenger for only $99.00 that bent to the drivers side of the car to avoid the fuel pump. I then bought a 3" stainless steel high flow cat from Walker as well as a 3" aluminized Dyno Max Ultra Flo muffler. I then used a 2 1/2 tailpipe for a Mustang LX, drivers side. I took all this to a professional muffler shop and they made it all work and only charged me $150.00! I know this is cheap considering they didn't make anything on the parts. That also included several hangers and some 3" pipe and at least 2 hours of labor and welding. Anyway, the car sounds great, everyone says they think it sounds like a healthy V8!. What really impressed me was all the great comments I was getting from all the Mustang GT guys. I really appreciate all the information on this site! [Image: smile.gif]

Cool.. I have the same system but havenot installed the 3" downpipe yet. I think the ultraflow sounds great on these cars. Throaty roar at full throttle..not a bumble bee sound like the ricers get out of thier 4 cylinders.

I had the exhaust shop add this nice twin outlet like on the 84ish Mustang GTs~
