Loose Distributor Cap - Need Fix Solutions !!!!

thanks guys but it's not the cap that's causing the timing to misfire and not start. I posted another topic. I am screwed on this one and hoping it's a simple TFI or similar.

yes....heli-coils come that small...and permatex makes a epoxy for bolts and screws under 1/4 dia. that u drill out the hole, put release agent on the new bolt, fill the hole with epoxy, screw the new bolt in the hole, let set for 5 min, unthread and let finish set up.....works great for non- high strength areas...
