Anyone know who may have owned a silver 88 TC with the motorsports body kit, sunroof, and what looks like all the options but leather. Was originally in Richmond and Sandston Va. Just curious thats all.

Thanks Eric, it has lol. What Im torn about now is that they both have straight bodies with no rust and I can only keep one of them. I dont know which one to keep lol. One has to be stripped down.

Congratulations
I remember that car well. That car was owned by Evelyn (Powershifter) Kastanada who only drove it on weekends, usually 1/4 mile at a time. They dedicated a section of bleachers in her name at Summit Drag Way. I heard the strip owner has her first fragged clutch gold plated and mounted on a plaque in his office Big Grin Big Grin

Lol Pete. It has 170k on the clock, and hasnt been driven in probably 10 or more years. I did find a receipt in the car for some work that was done to it in 97 with the owners signature as William H Ellis. Theres an inspection paper I found as well from 2001, it had 167k on the clock then. According to Carfax im the 3rd owner, but the second owner doesnt count as he only owned it a month and just wanted the motor for his rustang.

Reading the above posts makes me very glad that I, (a total newbie on this site), refrained from asking if anyone on here knew any history on the Tbird that I bought recently.
This fully equipped white, 5 speed, 88 Turbo Coupe started life in Jackson Michigan, then spent several years in Charlotte N.C. (while someone attended colleges there), eventually it returned to Michigan, and finally found its way to Arizona.
No, I don't think that I want to mention this car on here, because you guys are merciless.
LOL

Ha Ha Pete,
That is why I wrote all of the info about my car in the post, then said I wouldn't even mention the car..............
All in good fun, but maybe my humor is too dry.....LOL
