Looking for parts and have a few questions

Most of y'all know I just picked up a nice 85 Turbo Coupe. I'm looking for a few replacement parts and performance parts.
Also, the grey on the bottom is very chalky. Any suggestions as what to use to make it look nice again?
The weather stripping at the bottom of the window, on the outside is cracked. Is that available anywhere?

Looking for any performance parts. Intercoolers, boost controller, exhaust, etc. Let me know if you're selling.

I would like to find a functioning auto dim sensor. It's the big radar detector looking thing in front of the rear view mirror.

Thanks, Matt.

AS I posted on FB, see this article. It is on weather stripping.

the dew wipe replacement discussed in that link is IMO inadequate.

the original 'dew wipes' are integrated with 6 or 7 wire-spring (actually stamped metal) clips which fasten the wipe assembly to the door,
and also a felt pad which guides the window.

by simply removing the OE and replacing with the Universal wipes,
you lose these OE features..

It's a lot more work,
but I'm bisecting the original wipes to keep the clips and window bumper,
then adding the new wipes after notching them to clear the clips and bumper..

gonna be at least 20 pop rivets ..
I'll try to get pix.

I like the way you think. Please do post pics and instructions. I would really like to do it right.

If the way you are doing this works out well, maybe you could do a write up to put in the tech articles? I'm not sure that the wipes listed in the current tech article are actually still available anyways.

Wipes are available from rockauto..
Fairchild 1369-4x2 (pkg of 2) "Belt Weatherstrip/ Window Scraper Seal" $29 - discount+ $9 S&H

I got one side done. Big job. Nit Picky...

second side should be 1/2 the time..

Pretty happy with the results altho the window is a bit snug now and is 'shifting' in the track as it goes down,
and the motor is straining on the way up.

I'll get pix on the other side..

Silicon spray in the front and rear guides (vertical tracks) may ease the strain in the motor.

I saw this on the Mark VII forum, definitely not a factory dew-wipe replacement, but an interesting write-up nonetheless.
