When I press either the lock or unlock buttons on the doors nothing happens. They have power, but will not unlock the doors. I can even hear a clicking noise in window/seat switch panel, but nothing is happening. I read there is a doorlock relay under a seat. Where and what does it look like?

There are two relays on a bracket under the passenger side seat. Those are the lock/unlock relays.

I changed the relays and they just make the same clicking noise as the other relays. What do I check next?

What about the door lock actuators themselves? They tend to die/get weak after all these years.

You can check the relays to with volt meter to ensure that the relays are working properly and there's 12v on the output wire.
Then it's into the door panels to find out if the actuators are dead or somehow the linkage is unhooked. If the linkage was the problem you would hear the actuator in the door. It's odd to have both side quit at the same time, as you imply.

Exactly, why would they both not work at the same time. I picked this car up about a month ago, and it had this problem. Dont know exactly how long its persisted. Goona check for power at the actuators next
