I need to reinstall the emblems on the trunk lid of my 85. Can someone provide the measuremnts for the correct location of the 2 emblems.

85.5 TC 5 speed, Ranger Roller cam, 3" exhaust system, manual boost valve, large VAM, SVO PE computer, front mount Motorsport intercooler & sport grille, ported upper and lower intakes,flow matched injectors, ported E6 manifold, 245/45/17 wheels & Tires,Motorsport 140 mph speedometer,Motorsport lowering springs, Kenwood EZ500 200 watt receiver with Cerwin Vega speakers sound system, air conditioning converted to R134A and Sanden compressor retrofit kit installed, under restoration

This is how I did mine when I restored the red car. The Thunderbird emblem has 3 posts which fit into the 3 holes on the trunk lid. I would place the Thunderbird emblem in the holes & take the measurements from the bottom & edge of the lid. Then I would take those measurements to the other side & run a strip of masking tape as a guide/edge for the bottom & side of the Turbocoupe emblems. Now just put the left side & bottom of the embllem against the edge of the tape & mount thenm with doublesides tape that is used from emblems.

HERS - Blue 87 TC, fully loaded with every option, Gilies Valve, K & N Filter, 3-core Radiator, New Paint...just needs to be put back together, Interior re-done & get some exterior parts.
87 TC - Bought as a Parts Car, & will remain a parts car now that I found the blue one.

The 85 doesn't have posts, they use adhesive. I was hoping someone might have some measurements.

Ok here is what I measured...
From the bottom of the trunk lid to the top of the T in Turbocoupe & Tbird - 2.5 inches
From the edge in to the beginning of the Turbocoupe(top of T) was 1.5 inches & from the edge to the d in Thunderbird 1.5 inches.
