Hi everybody, I am Ron. Long time lurker, first time poster lol. Had a light curb tap in the snow that pushed the passenger side front wheel back about a inch. I dropped it off at a alignment shop near where this happened and they put tires on it, tie rod end and said they aligned it. I went and picked it up and it wasnt steering 100% and when I get home and look, front tire is still pushed back. I called and they said there are no camber/caster adjustments for this car. Anybody else ever run into this and maybe have a RF control arm for a 88 TC

I can't help you with a control arm, but did you take the wheel off and poke around to see exactly what happened to the arm? If the whole wheel is pushed back I would think you'd be able to see an obvious problem.
Side note - if they told you there is no camber adjustment on the car, I would never take your car there again because they are either very lazy or stupid. There is no caster adjustment without caster/camber plates, but camber is adjustable.

Thanks, I wont get a chance to poke around until this weekend. I dont have to worry about ever running into that place again, I tapped the curb about a hour away from my house and just dropped the car there.

Welcome to the Board. I agree with B, find another shop and do a little look over before hand.

A "light curb tap" pushed the wheel back an inch? IMO, must have been a pretty serious curb hit to do that much damage. The control arms are pretty heavy duty on these cars, at least compared to late model cars. Any chance the wheel shifted back because the strut tower is rotted and has been pushed back / come loose? Pretty common for the strut tower to be rotten especially on the pass side if the car has been driven thru 25 winters in the north with heavily salted roads.
